Currently this tool has only been built for and tested on Linux. The Cali data science team has requested that it be compiled to windows.
The easy way would be to build a script to automate compilation, but depending on gdal version it is compiled with, there may be missing features.
The more difficult method but likely more useful is to create/modify the standalone build to work for windows as well.
