Build and integrate a palette menu in the top-right of the main SyncPoint window that allows the user to switch the UI theme among Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android. Requirements:
- Palette visually styled after operating system selector menus
- Themes must mimic native system color schemes, icon styles, and typography (see design guidelines in ARCHITECTURE.md)
- Theming applies live to panels, buttons, icons, scrollbars
- Support custom user themes (light/dark/high contrast)
- Palette opens as a dropdown or drawer
Acceptance criteria:
- UI updates instantly when switching themes
- Palette menu UX matches OS conventions
- Persistence across sessions
