Doesn't spread Flame shock

To Reproduce

1. Cast Flame shock on an enemy surrounded by multiple enemies
2. use Flame lash on the enemy with flame shock

Expected behavior
When paired with the talent Molten Assault (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=334033/molten-assault) should spread Flame shock

Criticality
[ ] Breaking class : The class/spec isn't playable without this spell fixed. (Taunt for a tank, Mage's Fireball doing 0 damage, ...)
