Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): remove misleading outputs config from test:run task

The test:run task was configured with outputs: ["coverage/**"] but most
packages don't generate coverage files, causing turbo to emit warnings.
Changed to outputs: [] since test results are not cached artifacts.
