API search endpoint returns HTML even when Accepts: application/json or Accepts: application/ld-json Is set#286

Problem Description: The BitBag/SyliusElasticsearchPlugin's API search endpoint is returning an HTML response instead of the expected JSON or LD-JSON format, even when the Accepts: application/json or Accepts: application/ld-json headers are correctly set in the request.

Impact: This behavior breaks API consumers (such as front-end applications or other services) that expect a machine-readable JSON response. And I cannot consume the Advanced search from a Web or Mobile application.
