[bug] balance increments when changing electrum server settings

Sometimes, when switching between a personal electrum server and the default electrum server, or when enabling/disabling Tor, the displayed "Total Bitcoin Balance" increases. It seems to increase by the agreggate of the received txs.

I have been unable to reproduce the behavior in a reliable way, but now, regardless of what electrum server I connect to, my balance is displaying about 10-11x what it actually is, and there doesn't seem to be a way to reset/rescan without nuking the wallet and recovering fresh.

@MattDHill thanks for the report, and apologies for the delayed response!

The Blockstream Android app’s session and balance handling has been substantially reworked since this was reported. Switching between the default and a personal Electrum server, or changing the Tor setting, should not increase the displayed balance.

Could you please try reproducing this on the latest release? If it still occurs, please share the app version, Android version, and the exact sequence of setting changes. Please send any diagnostic logs privately through Get Support in the app rather than posting them publicly.
