[Feature Request] Manual Fee Adjustment for On-Chain and Lightning Payments

Please add the option to manually edit the fee amount when sending payments in green_ios, both for on-chain and Lightning transactions. This would give users better control to prioritize speed or cost depending on their needs, improving flexibility and user experience across all payment types.

Manual fee-rate selection is already available for regular on-chain transactions, including a custom sat/vB option. For Lightning payments, fees are handled differently because routing and liquidity fees depend on the available payment path, so there is not currently an equivalent manual fee amount field.

We’ll keep this open to track whether additional Lightning fee controls or clearer fee limits should be added to the send flow.
