May I have an example of how to start using the LoggerLibrary. I mean, how to initialize an instance from another project and so on. I have the log4net installed on the project.

LoggerLibrary is quite simple to use. If you are familiarized with log4net, you will not find problem with LoggerLibrary. Take the considerations with the config file of log4net https://logging.apache.org/log4net/release/config-examples.html
If you want to set the console output, set the ConsoleAppender within the log4net config file.
