使用本项目时，应确保相关场景已获得合法授权，并符合上游服务条款、平台规则、监管要求和内容安全要求。维护者仅为符合上述要求的使用场景提供社区支持。
如用户面向不特定公众提供生成式 AI 服务，应自行完成所在地法律法规要求的备案、内容安全、身份管理、日志留存、税务、支付、消费者保护及上游授权等合规义务。
维护者仅为合法合规使用场景提供技术讨论和社区支持，并可按社区规则处理不符合项目合规要求的 issue、PR、讨论和教程链接。
部署方有义务确保通过本项目提供的服务符合内容安全要求，不生成或传播违法违规内容、侵害他人权益的内容、危害公共安全或网络安全的内容，以及违反上游内容政策的内容。
MAX API is intended solely for legally authorized AI model governance, AgentOps, AI API management, and gateway scenarios, including enterprise internal unified authentication, multi-model routing, organizational usage statistics, access control, cost allocation, private deployment, and development testing.

Deployers are responsible for ensuring that services provided through this project comply with content safety requirements and do not generate or distribute illegal content, content that infringes on others' rights, content that endangers public or cybersecurity, or content that violates upstream content policies.
