[Bug]: Relays don't work over distances too long (over 400-600 blocks) #48

Description

I'm trying to make a network and i have a relay with a linked card, then another relay with a linked card around 800 blocks away, i send a message over the relay and it does not reach the other relay, same with cables

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a computer running server eeprom (https://pastebin.com/X2eyfZF9) connected to a relay
  2. Have another computer somewhere far away (at least over 400-600 blocks away) with dns_discover app (https://pastebin.com/6D5bU6EF) connected to the 2nd relay
  3. link the relays with a linked card
  4. run dns_discover

Expected behavior

The client sees the server

Actual behavior

The client does not see the server
