Score Finished Event

Score finished event is not synchronous to the execution and therefore we need to re consider if that is the way to listen to the run termination or to the language events.

Let me rephrase it:
SCORE_FINISHED_EVENT is not thrown from the same place as the execution/lang events.
We had experience that SCORE_FINISHED_EVENT arrived but not all of the lang events were already there.
I don't have a good explanation Y did it happen though.
