A24: "What if rates move against you?" downside calculator

Scope
Interactive widget where the user inputs a future utilization scenario (e.g., "util hits 97%"); UI shows resulting net APY, HF decay rate, and time to liquidation at current leverage.

Acceptance

• Uses the same projectRates logic as the live display.
• Chart or table output shows days-to-liquidation given HF decay.
• Linked from the trade view next to the APY display.
