Update analyses dropdown menu

For the switch over to Girder 5, PR #453 added some slightly hacky code to make sure that the bootstrap-submenu plugin is added to the correct instance of jQuery. While the approach taken there works, and is good enough for the initial push to Girder 5, the code should be revisited, and we should look into using some other third party library to handle the submenu functionality, or investigate other UX ideas for selecting analyses.

When there are more than dozen or so Slicer Cli Web plugins, the Analysis menu becomes unwieldly. If there enough we show "1-40", "41-80", etc and the drill down. A better solution would let there be some filter, avoid having to go through flyouts when there is only one option, show descriptions and date added/date updated as tool tips, or have other convenience features. We should redesign it.
