Architecture ground truth (consolidated 2026-08-31): the living baseline for what this repo is and runs is BASELINE-visionflow.md; new decisions go in the adr/ ledger. The legacy ADR-001..007 corpus is archived (read-only) under archive/adr/ — cite it for history, never as current authority.
