fix(深检): docker-image.yml 缺 main 触发 - 触发仅 tags: v*, main 开发推送永不构建镜像, 此前镜像层回归全漏检(badge 显示的是历史 tag 构建残留); 对齐标准模板加 pull_request + push branches: [main], 恢复 main 推送的镜像构建验证
