From e11c23bdf688f9656c9beba3abd1bbfe9967e15c Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Owen Price Skelly <21372141+OwenPriceSkelly@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Tue, 8 Sep 2026 13:33:13 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] clusters: set Aurora's real install root PR #217 landed the aurora registry entry with a placeholder root (/lus/flare/projects/MatSciAI/rootstock). The install actually lives in the Rootstock project's flare space, /lus/flare/projects/Rootstock/rootstock, which is where the first sync ran and where the manifest reports its root. With the registry matching, get_cluster_for_root() resolves that root to "aurora", so manifests carry the cluster name the almanac joins on, and --cluster aurora works without an explicit --root.
