feat(graphy): Implement a markdown-based extraction framework/abstraction based on markitdown

Using markitdown from Microsoft, we are able to preprocess every document into markdown.
Here, I would like to design and implement a markdown-based method for processing as many documents including word, ppt, pdf, excel and etc.
