Subject: [PATCH] docs: state 0.1.3 minimum for browse and search --type; 0.1.4

The skill said 0.1.0 or later supports its commands and the agent guide said
the minimum was 0.1.0, but browse and search --type only exist from 0.1.3;
older binaries reject them as invalid input (exit 3, verified on 0.1.2).
State the real minimum and how to check it in the skill, agent guide and
README. The skill is embedded in the binary, so bump to 0.1.4 and
regenerate the version and skill assets.
