Summary

The Card Payment on Delivery radio should be selectable on Android, but the seeded Android CI result records that taps do not activate it.

Observed

On Android, tapping the Card Payment on Delivery radio button does not select the option, blocking the card payment order flow.

Expected

The radio button is tappable on Android and selecting it allows the Card Payment on Delivery checkout flow to complete.
