ANSYS Contour Plot Generation doesn't work

Describe the bug
The generation of ANSYS contour plots doesn't work for most bones as the current coordinates are hardcoded rather than being calculated based on the geometry of the bone available.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the results tab.
2. Click on run the ANSYS contour plot calculations
3. The result will be in the wrong location on the two generated images.

Expected behavior
The contour plots should be subject specific and produce the correct veiws for each. This will likely need to use the landmark information.
