No need for ShowTopics function

I think we could live with ShowTopicsAdvanced, and filter the information we need in the CMD UI. Probably function ShowTopicsAdvanced should be renamed as getTopicsInfo or similar. Be careful as there may be many dependencies on the projectmanagement functions
