LumberYard should not be in release builds

We need an after-creation mechanism for the graph.

This is a little awkward because we want it in src/internal/ but the 'internalDebug' and 'internalRelease' Modules class would result in code duplication.

We'll solve this with something else, but it's not essential for next week.
