Improve information about boot script execution

I would like to add terminal print messages at the processor boot for the following:

• A message when a ship is first launched but the boot script cannot be copied (either because there isn't enough space or the source file is not found)
• A message when a local boot file is not found (but ignoring the default value of "none")
• A message when a boot file is being executed (more specifically, I don't think the terminal should say "Proceed" when user input is currently disabled.

Deleted outdated content, new PR is #2433 and it does not address the messages, only the booting.

I think I have an implementation of the messages written and tested, I just stashed it instead of committing it. I'll try and get it up somewhere so that you can see what I did.
