Fabric version of the server-side plugin

This is a feature request for a server-side Fabric build of this plugin.

This is less of a feature and more of a complete port of the whole plugin. I feel like if you involve mods on the server and client, you can do a lot better than rendering images on maps.

There are Fabric plugins that do not require a modded client, and build targetting both Paper and Fabric. Examples include LuckPerms and Bluemap. I intend to use Fabric on the serverside, and allow clients to use vanilla clients
