Maintenance triage on 2026-09-30; no release date is promised.

Review PR #188 for validation first, with #187 for release source integrity. Storage/auth stack: #182 -> #185 -> #184; #183 and #186 also depend on #182, and #186 on #185. Web stack: #178 -> #180; #179 is independent. Linux #190 and #191 are independent. #181 contains a large integrated stack and should land only after its prerequisite deltas.

Acceptance details: #184 activates newly added OAuth accounts, while #153/#140 require Add Account to preserve the active account; reconcile that behavior before combining. #182 prevents write corruption but does not repair existing malformed JSON (#100) or legacy enum spellings (#58). #136 also retains authentication-error presentation work. #190 needs a native-package update test and a one-time manual reinstall for old missing metadata; #195's AppImage runtime conflict is separate.

Superseded implementation pointers are recorded on each closed PR. Open PRs still require current-head validation and review.
