From a8f6c2d1ef33e0d56d86ebd62961498ff6c7d43d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Tom Charnock Date: Wed, 7 Oct 2026 15:39:38 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] Cap rocrate below 0.16 rocrate 0.16.0 (2026-10-06) makes RO-Crate 1.3 the default context and no longer lists the Workflow RO-Crate profile in the metadata descriptor's conformsTo. The 1.3 context maps ComputationalWorkflow to https://bioschemas.org/terms/ComputationalWorkflow, which roc-validator 0.12.2's Workflow RO-Crate 1.0 profile does not recognise, so test_crate_smoke fails on every runner. The cap keeps the crate on the 1.2 context it is written for. Moving to 0.16 is a separate change I guess?
