Icon and parts

Hi! I installed mod via ckan and here is my problem

As u see, i dont have icon for parts and icon of mod is not clicable.

I had the same issues and now i can find the Parts under the utility Tab.

Why does a "release" of this mod not include the actual parts? Ive had it installed on 1.3 for MONTHS and thought IR was broken this whole time - turns out the CKAN and every recent release DOESNT COME WITH PARTS

I got an menu icon but no parts! And I see it same as @0xicl33n
