Parallel NEURON issues with v 7.4 on Linux

Hi Marcel,

I am using T2N with version neuron/7.4 and impi/2018.3 on GABA. The tutorial J with nneuron.params.parallel>0 , (without enabling cvcode) gives the following error. Not really sure where to start debugging this? It works fine when parallel is set to 0.

Hi Sahil,
nice to hear from you and that you are using T2N!
It seems there is an error which wants to be displayed, but since you are using Matlab with the -nodisplay Option, it can't be displayed. What happens when you run this locally (not on GABA)?

It is no that big deal to make T2N change error displaying behavior if -nodisplay Option is set (e.g. using error instead of errordlg but I do not know, if I have time until end of September since I'll be on vacation soon. Feel free to make a pull request, if you like to do it ;-)
