Its config targets five directories under `/src/.template.base/`, a path that no longer exists — `src/` now holds `mudblazor/`, `mudblazor-wasm/`, and the packaging project. The config has been aimed at nothing since the repo was restructured, and failed silently rather than erroring. Rather than repoint it, remove it. The template projects deliberately float their package versions (`9.*`, `10.*`, `4.*`, `*`) so that projects created with `dotnet new` resolve the newest matching release, which leaves almost nothing for a bot to bump. Dependency updates here will be handled manually. Removing the config means the repo no longer advertises automated dependency management it does not actually have. Also deletes `mudblazor-auto-merge.yml`, which existed solely to auto-merge Dependabot PRs. It ran on `pull_request_target` and required a `BOT_AUTO_MERGE` PAT; with Dependabot gone it has nothing to act on.
