[Bug] Fix Video Upload Popup

Describe the bug
The video upload popup is not displaying correctly. Some components are misaligned, and the layout does not follow a proper structure. Additionally, responsiveness issues are present on different screen sizes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the video upload section.
2. Click on the "Upload Video" button to open the popup.
3. Observe the alignment and layout of the elements in the popup.

Expected behavior

• The popup should be properly aligned with a structured layout.
• All elements should be clearly visible and spaced correctly.
