[Bug]: Playlist rules; Custom Override not working.

Description

Tried to set different transition duration per playlist but it does not work. It only follows global default rather than the Override feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Library page.
3. Open playlist. (Make sure you already have one)
4. Click the playlist.
5. Click three dots on top right.
6. Choose "Set default transition"
