Is it possible to adapt Powerranks to Velocity?

Paper MC has abandoned Bungeecord and archived Waterfall. Velocity may) become a cross-server port for higher versions of MC (lower versions may still have better Bungeecord support, such as Velocity’s Bungeeguard.There are more in this link, it points to the Paper MC document, you can go to Google to compare.
