Thank you for your interest in contributing to Reineira Labs Limited. This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by contributors to Reineira Labs Limited.
By submitting a pull request or otherwise contributing code, documentation, or other materials to any ReineiraOS repository, you accept and agree to the following terms.
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that you submit to a ReineiraOS repository.
"You" means the individual or legal entity submitting a Contribution.
You hereby grant to Reineira Labs Limited a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and any derivative works.
You hereby grant to Reineira Labs Limited a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contributions alone or by combination of your Contributions with the project to which such Contributions were submitted.
You represent that:
(a) You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
(b) Each Contribution is your original creation.
(c) Your Contribution does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights.
(d) If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
You understand that the decision to include your Contribution in any project or product is entirely at the discretion of Reineira Labs Limited and this Agreement does not obligate ReineiraOS to use your Contribution.
You are not expected to provide support for your Contributions except to the extent you desire. You may provide support for free, for a fee, or not at all.
By submitting a Contribution, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement.
