./script/release-readiness.sh --json reports user_release_ready: no — check-helper-runtime-prelink.php --strict fails with 36 stale units (math helpers + Preg/DateIntervalFormat), 324 fresh, 0 broken.

north-star5-fast / gen-0 argv fingerprint are green after #27975; this is the remaining quick-mode Pillar 1 gate.

Done when

• php script/emit-helper-runtime-object.php --prelink (or make helper-runtime-prelink-refresh) refreshes the 36 stale units
• php script/check-helper-runtime-prelink.php --strict → OK
• ./script/release-readiness.sh --json → user_release_ready: yes (or only unrelated gates red)
