Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): fix Linux install instructions, package
 filenames, and repo status

Closes #1500

Fixes:
- Demote repo.querya.app to Coming Soon (refs #1059), promote GitHub Release assets
- Fix .deb filename: querya-desktop-linux-amd64.deb → Querya-Desktop-*-linux.deb
- Fix install command: dpkg -i + apt-get install -f → apt install ./*.deb
- Add libfuse2 / libfuse2t64 note for AppImage on Ubuntu 22.04+
- Add Arch Linux AUR install (yay -S querya-desktop)
- Add local Flatpak install instructions
- Add macOS Gatekeeper unsigned-build bypass (xattr -cr)
