From a92cc939420cb1cd2f687d1beb716e50c4ef8188 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Rmasood1122 <289694474+Rmasood1122@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Wed, 4 Nov 2026 04:00:59 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] Tier side-effect commands manual-only (disable-model-invocation) receipt, receipt-init and receipt-report now carry disable-model-invocation: true, so they leave the model's skill listing (~163 fewer tokens per turn) and run only when the user types the slash command. ai-history and verify-chain are read-only and stay model-invocable; the receipt-integrity knowledge skill is unchanged. claude plugin validate passes; 125 tests pass.
