Subject: [PATCH] chore!: drop the store screenshot workflow and the listing
 track

Store screenshots are uploaded by hand now. This removes
flutter-screenshots.yml, the screenshots-task input, the screenshot upload
of google_play.py and app_store_submit.py, and the `listing` publish track.
