can't parse string constants with right single quotation marks in them

There are two different characters that can look the same in many fonts. One is the normal single quote in the regular keyboard. The other is a "back tick." I'm not sure how to create it on the keyboard. Here's an example: "What’s" That looks like a regular single quote, but it is not. I'm attaching a .txt file that has a bunch of these. It is only this "back tick" that causes problems with the parser, not the regular single quote.

That is not a backtick, but a right single quotation mark, which you can't type on the keyboard. It's generally auto-inserted by Word or similar programs. Regardless, Soar allows arbitrary Unicode in strings, so it's incorrect for the parser not to allow it.
