If we have registered a plugin within SonicJSConfig plugins register, and then we disable the plugin from "http://localhost:8787/admin/plugins" it shouldn't show in the sidebar under plugins.
Currently, a plugin that is defined inside the SonicJSConfig plugins register, if you disable that plugin from "http://localhost:8787/admin/plugins", it still shows in the sidebar under plugins as if it's still enabled.
