The right-click menu in orthographic view will blink between orthographic and perspective.

Navigation mode should not be entered at the beginning, but rather after the right mouse button has been pressed for more than a time threshold.
In this case, don't need addon_prefs.return_to_ortho_on_exit. Related to #17
