Sort-direction for view_groups?

I wanted to group a large list of items by year, as shown in the documentation. However, I'd like to present those groups in descending order so that users start in 2024 where changes are most likely. Is this possible, or yet to be implemented?

P.s. I think the JavaScript snippet should read default: "by-year", — that line looks to be YAML.
