[BUG]: One Piece Unlimited Adventure will not render ground, it's pitch black

Describe the Bug

No matter what setting is changed, One Piece Unlimited Adventure will not render the ground. The ground is black, rendering the game basically unplayable.

Reproduction Steps

Booting the game.

Would like to note, curiously the ground is rendered just fine in Retro-arch's Xbox fork, however the performance is far worse than regular Dolphin
