Feature Needed: Adaptable Experiment Ending

This feature should be implemented to have the program stop running big-oh experiments after a certain amount of time. If the function ran (experimented with) is getting the same big-oh time complexity for several rounds of the experiment, then we should have a good idea that the function likely has that big-oh time complexity and we should end the experiment.

This will be a very important and key feature that we should try to complete as soon as possible. However, I think that we should try to complete some other issues first, like Issues #26, #25, and #13.
