From 8d285d586afda87241fc901ce9df0f48fdc8ebb2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Lily Shen <115414357+lilyshen0722@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Sun, 1 Nov 2026 14:52:55 -0800 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] =?UTF-8?q?fix(native):=20an=20agent=20named=20Dan?= =?UTF-8?q?=E2=80=A6=20is=20no=20longer=20blocked=20on=20every=20turn?= MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit The hosted prompt opened "You are ${displayName}," and native's default prompt did the same. LiteLLM's injection-guard blocks the high-severity keyword "you are DAN" by case-insensitive substring, so any agent whose name starts with "dan" (Dan, Danny, Dante, Dana…) failed every turn on its first model call with guardrail_blocked. Seen on prod 2026-11-01 on one hosted agent, on 7 of 7 runs. Both prompts now say "Your name on Commonly is ." The test checks every prompt against the guard's high-severity keywords, read from the LiteLLM image this cluster runs.
