Closed caption tracks are not retrieved

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to get track manifest for either video(which have captions)
   • "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k68rAwize_Y"
   • "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LQCDt1dZWA"
2. No closed caption tracks are retrieved.

Details

These two videos have caption tracks, but the SDK is unable to retrieve one for either video.
