Blank emote is displayed when 7TV gif doesn't exist

We are forcing gif support for 7TV, which isn't an official part of their API. Some emotes, such as xdd from user id "92038375" (Caedrel) don't appear to provide a gif form. So they error, and the end result in the chat is an empty message.
