battery replaced triggered every some seconds on all entities

Before openeing a bug report, I would like to know (as new user) if this is wanted and build behavior on every of those entities. Not pressed myself this button in any of those.

Pretty sure the battery replaced events you are seeing are just saying it was updated, probably from when you are adding or updating battery notes configuration, they'll trigger a reload each time. The battery replaced is just the button, not the recorded date of when it was last replaced.

Ah. o.k. I double checked now and it seems you are right, that all those were the time, were all the devices were added or were I added some manually afterwards. In between there were some calm timeframes now. However confusing if the log shows ad "pressed" whenver it is not pressed but just updated. But most probably then a Core problem.

But this leads me to the "last_updated" in the battery entities in the examples from you and the cumminty. Is there any benefit or content in it, when it is updated after verade change in battery notes instead of the real last battery info (which was/is older before config changes)? Or is every status is newly calculated afterconfig changes and integration restart and this is not only a fake timestamd of this time, but only set if the source is really up to date?

Yes last_updated is very confusing, you'll see lots of entities having this change when you change config/restart, unfortunately it's not optional and is included on all entities automatically. It's especially confusing on sensors like Last Replaced where the value is a date from storage but when it's last_updated is when it was last loaded/updated.
