[FEATURE] Add basic moderation commands

We can start this development process by adding the most basic moderation commands to get it going.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add ban, kick and mute command.
2. Connect to MongoDB using native drivers (issue [FEATURE] Add MongoDB connection #17).
3. Get data to and from the database.

Additional context
We'd first set up a mongo db connection in the utils folder, that is where the main data connection handler will lie.
