Posts Guardian's code reviews on pull requests. Guardian is the LLM code reviewer from CGIS (codegraph-brain): a review runs when someone with write access comments /guardian review on a PR. This app only posts the review; it can read and write pull requests and nothing else, and it runs no code. The review itself runs in the repository's own GitHub Actions.
