Problem

For terminals that support sixels, it would be awesome to be able to display cover art. I vibe-coded a POC locally but I don't really have confidence in my Go skills to want to upstream it.

I hear you. I've been through this once before in a separate issue. While I know many like it, for me it ruins the tui experience and the layout. I am not sure if this will be added yet.

I would suggest pulling youtube thumbnails, apply an overlay to give a vynil aspect and animate it rotating when in play.

Maybe it could make it a toggle, default off to keep the CLI aesthetic.
